Where are is your fabric manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in the United States with a textile mill on the east coast. Most of our products are currently made with soft Organic Cotton.

Each wrap is finished by the co-partner of the company. He has been in clothing for over a decade and has been tailoring for just as long. Each piece is hand finished and may feature tiny imperfections. We do not have ring slings yet, but will have them soon.

 

Who creates the designs?

Kathryne Renka creates all our patterns, soon we hope to branch out to include artwork from other mothers. We want to use this method as a way to help other mothers do what they love.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally to EU countries, Mexico and Canada orders outside the US will have to pay VAT. We are looking to expand to other countries soon.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Currently, we are shipping in-stock items out within 2-3 business days of you placing order. Preorder items will take between 5-7 weeks. 

What is the return policy?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. All presale items are eligible for partial refund, the deposit placed is not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@honeybeewoven.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For exchanging, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, this includes all items.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

**COVID-19**

Thank you for your business and your patience in this time. I will maintain shipping out orders as stated above (within one week). However, I do know shipping speeds are slow due to the pandemic. Domestic shipment should be arriving within the given time frame. International shipment is dependent on location. We are working hard to make sure everyone gets their order as quickly as possible.

If you have any questions, please ask me prior to purchasing. I will do my best to have the answer to any and all questions when it comes to this uncertain time.

Do you offer layaway or payment plans?

 We offer Sezzle. A secure way to buy now and pay later. Payments are split into 4 payments that are paid within 6 weeks.

Yes! Every first order for a limited time, we will offer a 10% coupon when you subscribe!
